Victims of Erich Kofmel: Article in The Badger (University of Sussex)

RE: ERICH KOFMEL

Erich Kofmel is a fraud. He is on the run from the police after he failed to answer bail on 9th September 2008, following his arrest in May 2008. He is official "wanted" in the UK and in other jurisdictons.

He was Managing Director of the Sussex Centre for the Individual and Society (SCIS) which was shut down by Companies House amidst regulatory investigation. He does not hold a first degree. He studied for (but did not complete) a doctoral degree in political theory at the University of Sussex (permanently expelled in August 2009) and Sciences Po Paris (permanently expelled in 2008). He is currently being investigated by ETH in Zurich.

Kofmel is the editor of "Anti-Democratic Thought" (Imprint Academic, 2008) which he funded with his alleged frauds, and published whilst on the run from the police. Despite Mr. Kofmel's attempt to create the impression that "Anti-Liberalism and Political Theology" was due to come out in August 2009 (Imprint Academic) - that was scrapped by Imprint Academic in April 2009.

Mr. Kofmel is a dangerous criminal. By his own admission he cannot defend himself against the fraud charges becase he does "not believe in the sanctity of private property".
